APARTMENTS

The house has been restored and is now comprises a main building with 4 apartments and an adjacent building with two further apartments. The house dates from the seventeenth century and was originally a customs house when the two parts were separated by an old street, which has now been moved to provide a comfortable place to enjoy the open air. There is also a court yard with an old oven good to bake bread.
All apartments are equipped with mosquito nets.

Apartment 1 "CAMINO" (4-5 persons) - 110 mq
Two double bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen with dish-washer, large living room with fireplace, dining room with an extra single bed and a studio.
Cool during hot periods.

Apartment 2 "ACETAIA" (4-6 persons) - 86 mq
Two double bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles, two bathrooms with bath and shower, living room and kitchen.
Cool during hot periods.

Apartment 3 "ACCISE GRANDE" (2-4 persons) - 55 mq
One double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, kitchen/living room, large studio. Space for two extra beds available.

Apartment 4 "ACCISE PICCOLA" (2 persons) - 28 mq
One double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen.

Apartment 5 "ROSINA" (4-6 persons) - 75 mq
Two double bedroom, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen/living room with sofa bed.
Cool during hot months.

Apartment 6 "Androne" (4 persons) - 110 mq
1 living-kitchen 65 m2; Two double bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles, two bathrooms with shower.

All apartments are well equipped, have heating, their own private area and vine trellis. 
For our guest there is also available a barbecue a traditional oven to chook with wood for special dinners and a swimming pool. Laundry  and TV are also available.
The swimming pool (6X12m) is 50 m from the apartments. It is set between the olive trees, is open from March to October. The water of the swimming pool is salted.
